I’m Grisell, a licensed therapist working with adults who are ready to heal from the inside out. If you’ve felt stuck, disconnected, or like something’s just off, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I bring a mind-body approach to therapy that goes beyond just talking, helping you tap into your body’s own wisdom and natural ability to heal (with a little guidance from me, of course).
OFFERINGS
I provide one-on-one sessions in a supportive, grounded, and judgment-free space—whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or the fog of a big life change, our sessions will be a space to pause, process, and come back home to yourself.
In addition to traditional in-office and virtual therapy, I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy for clients who feel more grounded moving and connecting outdoors, as well as Corporate Wellness Workshops for workplaces and organizations ready to support the wellbeing of their people.
HOW I WORK
I take a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy—meaning we’ll look at your full picture: your history, your body, your environment, your intuition, and your goals. I blend science with softness, structure with soul.
My work integrates:
• Brainspotting (BSP) – a brain-body therapy that helps the nervous system process trauma and stuck emotions
• CBT – tools to notice, challenge, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
• Mindfulness-based practices – to bring more awareness, calm, and presence into your daily life
• Somatic strategies – to help you get out of your head and into your body, releasing tension and promoting real change
I also collaborate with other wellness providers (think bodyworkers, doctors, nutritionists) when needed. Healing is rarely linear, and definitely not one-size-fits-all.
WALK & TALK THERAPY
Sometimes healing happens more easily when you’re moving.
Walk & Talk Therapy offers the same supportive, one-on-one therapy experience—but outdoors, side by side, and in motion. These sessions are ideal if you feel restless sitting in an office, struggle to open up in traditional therapy, or simply feel more grounded in nature.
Because I take a mind-body approach, I’ve found that movement and nature can help the nervous system soften, improve focus, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of forward movement—both physically and emotionally. We’ll walk at your pace while we talk through whatever’s on your mind.
Walk & Talk Therapy may be a good fit if you:

• Struggle with anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, or stress
• Want a more relaxed, natural therapy experience

Sessions are offered in a safe, local outdoor setting and are available for established clients when clinically appropriate.
CORPORATE WELLNESS WORKSHOPS
Because burnout, overwhelm, and people-pleasing don’t magically stay at home when we go to work.
As someone who spent years in commercial construction before becoming a therapist, I understand what it’s like to work in high-pressure environments, juggle too much, and keep pushing through while quietly running on empty.
That experience is part of why I’m so passionate about helping workplaces create healthier, more sustainable ways of supporting their people.
I offer wellness workshops for businesses, schools, and organizations looking to better support their employees, teams, or students. These workshops are designed to be engaging, relatable, and practical—not awkward or overly “corporate.”
My workshops blend mental health education, nervous system tools, and real-life strategies people can actually use.
Popular workshop topics include:
